- that the material is not reproduced orally or in writing without prior agreement (this may be, for example, via your acceptance of the presentation material Bang & Jensen Group ApS prepares),
- that materials are only processed by Bang & Jensen Group ApS and its affiliated companies' management, employees, auditor, lawyer or relevant business partners and intended investors,
- that the persons mentioned are made aware of this declaration and comply with it,
- that the material is returned on demand without undue delay, regardless of the reason, and
- that any copies of the material or parts thereof and working notes related to the case are shredded before the original material is returned.
By submitting material to us, you agree that the material will be processed in accordance with the above regulations.
