In a collaboration between Bang & Jensen JordPartners and the landowner, we have planned a property of approx. 37 ha. beautifully located in Vejle overlooking Vejle Fjord.
The project started in October 2018, and resulted in an appeal-free local plan for the first stage of the project in January 2023. The stage comprises approx. 10.5 ha. land and allows for the construction of approx. 175 homes (terraced houses).
The first stage of local planning was handed over to a real estate developer in March 2023. The remaining, unplanned stages were handed over to, among others, the landowner.
The local planning was carried out with COA Arkitekter and Rambøll as primary development partners.
In a project collaboration between Bang & Jensen Group and a Family Office client, we developed a new residential property consisting of 21 townhouses in Aalborg.
The property was designed with townhouses on two levels with an average of 115 m2 BBR. The plot was thus utilized to full capacity with 40% permitted development.
The project started in September 2016, and the property was ready for occupancy in May 2018.
The design was carried out in collaboration with KPF Arkitekter and the main contractor was long-time partner Jesper Morrild.
Bang & Jensen Group was responsible for all project phases from idea, purchase, development, rental and final sale.
In a project collaboration between Bang & Jensen Group and a Family Office client, we developed an existing, centrally located, mixed-use property from 1855 in Frederiksstaden in Copenhagen.
The property's 1,585 m2 of rentable area was designed with six residential leases, one office lease and a restaurant.
The project started in October 2016, and the property was ready for occupancy in October/November 2017.
The property was subsequently operated until the sale in September 2021. The design was carried out in collaboration with KPF Arkitekter and the main contractor was the long-standing partner Jesper Morrild.
